Robert Harvey
Robert Harvey helps property managers and HOAs approach construction decisions with the practical judgment of an experienced investor, builder and property owner. A serial entrepreneur, he has built and grown service businesses in home health care and construction, turning both into franchise opportunities. His hands-on role building a private home in Turks and Caicos brings firsthand understanding of contractor coordination, costs and project delivery. As a SCORE mentor, he helps entrepreneurs evaluate opportunities, navigate challenges and make informed decisions.

Ryan Harvey
Ryan Harvey helps property managers and HOAs evaluate renovation and construction proposals with confidence. Drawing on international project experience as a registered architect and hands-on work building homes in Turks and Caicos and Brooklyn, he understands client priorities and contractor perspectives. His experience reviewing proposals for scope, technical requirements and cost implications helps clients compare proposals, identify gaps and make informed decisions before making a commitment.
